Terms of Service

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices exclude postage, shipping, and applicable sales tax unless the quote says otherwise. Quantities, specifications, and schedules in the quote are the basis of the price; changes to any of them may change the price. Rush service is subject to approval and production availability.

Quotes assume press-ready artwork supplied to our file specifications. Design work and artwork corrections are billed at $75 per hour unless quoted separately. Production starts only after you approve a proof. You are responsible for checking proofs for content, spelling, and layout; Dimaco is not liable for errors that appear in an approved proof. You confirm that you own or have the right to use all artwork, images, text, and lists you supply, and that nothing in them infringes a third party's rights.

Mailing lists you supply are processed only for the mailing you order (address standardization, NCOA move updates, presort, and USPS entry) and are handled under our Privacy Policy and SOC 2 program. You are responsible for having the right to mail to the people on your list and for the compliance of your mail piece content with applicable laws and regulations. Postage is billed at cost and is due before mail entry. USPS delivery times are outside our control.

Unless other terms are agreed in writing, new accounts pay 50% when the order is placed and 50% at delivery. A discount of up to 3% may be offered for payment in full at proof approval. Accounts with approved credit terms are due per the invoice. Past due balances may be subject to a finance charge and suspension of work. You are responsible for collection costs on past due accounts.

Delivery dates are good-faith estimates based on timely proof approval and receipt of materials. Industry-standard overs or unders of up to 10% on printed quantities may occur and are billed or credited at the unit price. Claims for defects or shortages must be made in writing within 10 days of delivery. Our liability for any order is limited to reprinting the defective portion or refunding the amount paid for it; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost postage.

Orders cancelled after proof approval are billed for work completed and materials purchased, including postage already deposited with the USPS.

You may use this website to learn about our services, request quotes, and upload files for jobs. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false or unlawful content, or attempt to access systems or data that are not intended for you. Site content, including text, images, and the Dimaco name and logo, is owned by Dimaco or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version.
