Business Cards & Stationery
Premium business cards in standard (3.5"×2"), mini, and rounded-corner formats with laminate, spot UV, raised UV, or foil finishing. Matching letterhead, envelopes, notepads, and presentation folders available to complete your brand package.
Booklets & Catalogs
Saddle-stitched and perfect-bound booklets for product catalogs, annual reports, training manuals, program books, and event guides. We handle collation, binding, and trimming in-house — no outsourcing to a bindery.
Postcards & Self-Mailers
USPS-compliant postcards in 4"×6", 5.5"×8.5", and jumbo formats. Self-mailers designed to postal specs and ready for direct mail campaigns or hand distribution. Variable data printing available for personalized offers and unique QR codes per recipient.
Large Format & Signage
Retractable banners, step-and-repeat backdrops, foam board displays, coroplast yard signs, adhesive vinyl, and canvas prints for trade shows, events, storefronts, and in-store promotions. UV-resistant inks on durable substrates built to last.
Specialty Finishing
Foil stamping, soft-touch matte laminate, spot UV coating, embossing, die-cutting, scoring, perforating, and custom folding. If your project requires specialty finishing, we handle it in-house — no coordinating with outside vendors.

At DIMACO, every job goes through a real prepress review before it hits the press. We check image resolution (minimum 300 DPI), color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed and safe zone margins, font embedding, and file format — so you're not paying to reprint a job because something slipped through a purely automated system. We catch problems before ink touches paper.
We also offer direct-to-mailbox fulfillment on every commercial print job. If your printed pieces need to reach customers or prospects by mail — whether that's a 500-piece personalized letter package or a 75,000-piece postcard saturation — we handle the entire workflow in-house. No trips to a separate lettershop, no coordinating shipments between vendors, no surprises on your delivery date.
